1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site — including requesting a quote, contacting us, scheduling an appointment, or using our chat assistant — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective date” above shows when the current version took effect, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. The Site is informational — no coverage is bound online

Clear View Insurance is a licensed independent insurance agency serving Oklahoma. The content on this Site is general information about insurance products and our services. It is not a quote, binder, contract, or offer of insurance, and nothing on the Site creates coverage.

No coverage is bound, changed, or in force until it is confirmed in writing by Clear View and the insurance carrier and the policy is issued. Submitting a form, sending a message, or speaking with us does not bind coverage. Requests to bind, change, or cancel coverage are not effective until we confirm them. If you need immediate coverage, contact us directly by phone.

3. Quotes, estimates, and policy terms

Any premium figures, coverage descriptions, or quotes presented through the Site or by our team are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to carrier underwriting, verification, and approval. Actual coverage, terms, exclusions, and pricing are determined by the insurance carrier and are governed solely by the policy the carrier issues. If there is any conflict between information on the Site and an issued policy, the policy controls.

4. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes and is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Insurance needs vary by individual and business; talk with a licensed Clear View agent about your specific situation before making decisions.

5. Licensing and where we do business

Clear View Insurance Services, LLC is a licensed insurance agency (National Producer Number 18780610; Oklahoma License 3000297149). We offer products and services only in states and lines where we and the relevant carriers are properly licensed and appointed. Availability of a product mentioned on the Site does not guarantee it can be offered to you.

6. Your responsibilities

When you use the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in any form or request. Insurance decisions rely on the accuracy of what you tell us.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not on behalf of anyone whose information you are not authorized to share.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, and not upload malicious code.
• Not use the Site to send spam or to collect information about other users.

7. Chat assistant

Our Site offers an automated chat assistant to help answer general questions. It uses artificial intelligence and may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is not a licensed agent and its answers are general information only — not advice, a quote, or a coverage decision. For anything that affects your coverage, confirm with a licensed Clear View agent. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, full policy or account numbers, or health details) into the chat; use a secure quote form or call us instead.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by Clear View or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except that automated crawling expressly permitted by our robots.txt file is allowed. “Clear View Insurance” and our logos are our marks and may not be used without permission.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, insurance carriers or our social media profiles). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites. Following a link is at your own risk, and the third party’s own terms and policies apply there.

10. Accessibility

This limitation does not affect the coverage, terms, and obligations set out in any insurance policy you purchase, which are governed by that policy and applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear View and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
