Who owns Clear View Insurance?
Clear View is owned by Holly Cummings, who founded the agency in 2018 and runs it day to day. Her husband, Erick Cummings, co-owns the agency and serves as Director of Commercial Lines. Holly is the daughter of Jim Jennings, a 40-year industry veteran who runs commercial carrier marketing. It's an independent, woman-owned agency.
Where is Clear View located, and who do you serve?
Our office is in Moore, Oklahoma, in the Oklahoma City metro. We're an independent agency serving Oklahoma, and we're also licensed in bordering states we commonly work — Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri — for clients whose homes or businesses cross the state line.
Is Clear View really family-run?
Yes. Holly Cummings owns it; her father Jim Jennings, her mother Cindy Buss, and her husband Erick Cummings all work in the business, along with members of the next generation. It isn't a marketing line — walk into the Moore office and you'll meet them in person.

The People Behind Clear View
Plenty of agencies claim to feel like a family. Ours actually is one.
Holly Cummings owns Clear View and runs it day to day — spearheading the personal lines department while keeping the whole agency on the rails. Her father Jim is our foot in the door everywhere we go, opening relationships across all of Oklahoma. Her mother Cindy is the behind-the-scenes glue, pitching in wherever the office needs her.
Holly's husband Erick leads commercial lines, with his brother Justin joining the bench as a new commercial producer. Holly's brother Chase produces commercial alongside them, and her brother Hayden supports the commercial team as an assistant account manager. Angela — Jim's wife — leads Individual Benefits. Heather runs the brand and Tim supports producers and account managers from the inside — two very different jobs, both done well, both under the same roof at home.
Everyone else on the team was hired to fit the same mold — lifelong Oklahomans, almost without exception, who take client work personally because that's the only way they know how to work.
