Performance & Bid Bonds insurance, answered.
How fast can you get a bid bond out?
Same day for qualified contractors, single-project or pre-qualified. Surety depends on your financials and track record, so the more complete your information, the faster we move. For active bidders we set up a working aggregate so bids go out without re-underwriting each one — from a first $50K public project to programs supporting several million dollars of backlog.
Do you review the bond and contract language before we sign?
Yes. We read the bond form and the prime contract's drag-down and indemnity provisions before you sign — the language that can quietly make you liable for the obligee's choice of remedy. We'll spot it, price it, and tell you what it means rather than let you discover it after a default.
What types of bonds do you place?
Bid, performance, payment, and maintenance bonds, plus license-and-permit, subdivision and site-improvement, and court bonds (probate, appeal, replevin). We know the municipal forms in OKC, Norman, Moore, and Edmond, and we pre-load maintenance bonds into your renewal so they don't surprise the obligee.
